I spent 50 to 60 hours accumulating rewards but then when it came time for them to pay me, they claimed my survey answers were not 100% honest. ( which is a big fat lie) PLUS now my email is getting bombarded with spam emails!

PS. Even if they would have paid me for what they owe me, I'd be working for less than $1 per hour. Do U know anyone who will work for that amount? I don't!
I used to use Swagbucks. The old account is deactivated per the Swagbucks customer support, yet they still have my phone number stored on that account. I opened a new account recently, earned enough SB to cash out and it wouldn't let me because they verify by sending a code to your phone number and since my phone number was already associated with that old account, I could not use my phone number to verify. The site advised me to contact support. I contacted support and at first, they did not even have any solution for me. They sent me a link to give my driver's license for verification so I did that but my account was still not verified when I went back to log in. So I contacted support again and all they could tell me was that my account was deactivated since my phone number was already used on another deactivated account. That's all they could say. They provided no solution and I lost all of the SB that I had earned.

Been a member of swagbucks for many years, answered there surveys honestly and truthfully, yet I am unable to complete gold surveys. I have contacted there customer support many times but i do not get a reply WHY
I've had Swagbucks for some time and have a very small balance. I used their link to open up a chime account then I would receive ******* SB. I did get the SB although it felt delayed. However, when I went to redeem them they locked me out of my account. I requested customer support through their website. It says normally 10 business days so I am waiting for a reply. This makes it appear they dont want to pay out.
While waiting for a gift card that I redeemed ******* sb's for. I got locked out of my account and couldn't log in. When I sent a message to customer service about log in. They never replied or told me that my account was frozen, only that they were looking into the inquiry. 3 weeks later I decided stop trying to fix the issue directly with them and I put in a complaint with the BBB. A few back and forths with Prodigy LLC (owners of Swagbucks) and they decided to just close the case without resolving it for me. I worked a looonggggg time to answer enough surveys to get ******* sb's. I'm disappointed that I didn't get my gift card and I got kicked out of the the site for a "Violation of terms of use". I 'm sure they just terminated my account after I complained to the BBB.
When I had first started swagbucks, I was quickly banned and reached out to support. I was told that my account was reactivated but when I try logging in, I keep getting a message saying that I am an inactive member. I have no idea why support doesn't seem to really do anything.
It was once a good Get-Paid-To site but those days are long gone. Swagbucks hasn't been relevant for years. They keep changing the criteria of videos. It used to be watch 6 videos for 1 Swagbuck. Then, it was changed to twelve videos. The videos are filled with ads which you can't skip. Peanuts Lab doesn't always credit my account even after I spend 15 minutes filling out a survey. When I complain to customer service, I receive an automatic message.
Spent hours answering surveys and spending my hard earned cash on their sponsored stores, then I decided to cash in some SBs for a gift card. A few days later tried to login my account and it wouldn't accept my password. Contacted customer services and they said my account had been deactivated for a breach of their T&Cs. I asked how but they would not say. They had let me earn enough SBs to gain a reward and then as soon as I claim they deactivate my account along with my SBs and gift card. Shame on you robbing innocent members and refusing to justify your actions. Avoid.
Their customer support is nothing but easy automatic messages. You will never talk to a real person as this website is a joke, forcing you to work for them while they don't actually credit you when they should. I especially love it when they come up with an excuse as you have proofs by your side but to them it's nothing as their system does not detect you actually completing the task when you did. Good job on losing a user, USE cautiously as they will fool you into not crediting when they should.

I have a Swagbucker for 5 years now. One of the best websites. I like it a lot. And the reason is you can save a lot of money with coupons, promo codes and the cash backs they offer. Ive been using them to shop my grocery, homeware and electronic.
Long story short: I gave Swagbucks a shot after reading some positive reviews. I spent a lot of time doing surveys for several weeks and earned a decent amount of site currency. Then suddenly, without explanation, my account was locked. I contacted them immediately to ask for an explanation (they are notoriously difficult to get a hold of as they do NOT have specific phone numbers or e-mail contacts). After waiting a decent amount of times, I was accused of "exceeding the one account per person policy". After questioning them on it, asking for evidence and going through great lengths to prove my identity, I was told that my account would remain closed for "noncompliance with [their] Terms of Service" - no further explanation given. So in other words, this is what they do when they feel like cheating the people who do surveys with them. I never did anything on the site aside from take surveys and perform tasks the way they were intended, answering honestly and taking my time on every question. It's quite honestly a rather disgusting practice, but I suppose that's what companies that lack credibility do to cut corners. I would highly advise NOT using Swagbucks unless you want to do a bunch of surveys for free and receive nothing in return.
The customer service is almost non existent since they changed the format. You used to be able to submit a "ticket" for customer service, now it just loops back to generalized situations and there is no way that I found to submit a ticket. I have been swagging for several years, it is increasingly difficult to reach the daily goals as they have dropped many activities and/or reduced the points. However, with some effort, one can earn $50 or more a month in gift cards, in much less time than any of the other sites.

Also, if you input a non-matching code, you'll get a new code, but only 2x (3 chances in total). Are you maybe talking about a SwagCode? That's a bonus that appears on an otherwise normal page. And again the page doesn't disappear. If you take too long, you get an expired notice in the SwagCode box, but the page remains.
