It's easy to navigate the app. Many different opportunities to earn not just Swagbucks, but other rewards too. If you shop online anyway... why not.

I wasn't able to earn anything. It might be because I didn't answer yes to that I am conservative politically. My advice is to avoid it, almost everything I have read about it, or heard about it, is untrue.

Swagbucks aint that bad but i worked to get a 2 $5 dollar visas i got the visa but when i purchased something online it didnt rlly come from the visa i earned it ended up taking money out of my momma account and plus its a lot of work just tryna earn points ur always gonna get disqualified or not a match and thats rlly frustrating

I spent countless hours playing a game on their site acheiving the level required to obtain the SB offered only to be told my information wasn't tracked? I have NEVER had this happen before, my behaviors didn't change and I provided proof but was denied anyway. This lowers my trust in their site and I will no longer be using it. They say it isn't their issue to fix even when proof is provided. Be wary!

I have encountered two recurring problems with Swagbucks recently:
(1) I have been completing surveys that congratulate me for answering all the questions but the activity journal indicates I was disqualified.
I contacted support about these problems but they say it's my fault that surveys are not completing. They give stupid excuses like "you have more than one window open". It's like they don't know the surveys opens in a new Edge window EVERY TIME you click on the landing page list.
(2) Too many surveys take three or four times longer to complete than the amount of time indicated in the description (like 65 minutes instead of 20 or 40 minutes instead of 10!)

I signed up because they had 2 offers I wanted to try and everything was great for about 3 months but now I've had a few offers not work and the customer service is just a robot that says the same response and apologizes. I realize if it doesn't track it's hard to deal with, but it's your site swagbucks, not mine.

Swagbucks is HORRIBLE for surveys. I have done 28 surveys and only 2 paid. A total of $1.50 for 28 surveys. They let you do the survey and then say it did not qualify and give you 1 point (1 cent).

I have been playing Swagbucks for over two years …and to those that are leery about swag bucks. And what it represents.
This online survey and also they have a live sway bucks game at 7 o'clock every night are the most honest games I've ever played they reward you ASAP if you have a question they contact you in less than 24 hours you never lose you always get what you deserve and they give gift cards out when you reach the maximum level within three days‼‼

Swagbucks has been great! As i said on Trustpilot, Today is my first day and I already have a $3 dunkin donuts gift card! You can take surveys, play games, use the swag button(which is basically honey but earns you giftcards too!) and use the swagbucks search engine which shows a few ads while you search and earns you swagbucks. 100SB=$1. I have 318SB after my first 20 minutes of using it. Note that I did not use a referral link as I didn't know about them, or I would have had over 600 SB. Use my referral link to sign up and get 300SB for free! Btw you can get an amazon gift card for as low as 100SB.

In 2 week of using Swagbucks, I got in total of 87SB from doing survey printing coupons and everything else that I can do. But nothing gave me more than 5SB or 10SB in total or gave me an error that I can't do the survey.

I requested my reward LAST SEPTEMBER and still have not received the promised reward nor will ANYONE respond to my question! This is not an honest reputable company and I would suggest you not waste your time. Go to MyPoints or TopCashBack, they deliver!

I've been using this on and off for a little less than a year and I've already redeemed almost $1,000. Any time my activities didn't show as pending after being completed all I had to do was contact customer service and they usually needed some kind of proof but it would always get sorted out. Highly recommend Swagbucks. Great customer service!

Overall, Swagbucks is an all-around good survey taking opportunity for those who want to make some spare cash or get gift cards in their spare time. They are one of the better services I have used and tried for taking surveys. Their website has lots to offer for voicing your opinion and getting rewarded for it. Promotions and special events are common with them, so you will have a good amount of chances to earn more points throughout the year. But as with other survey taking gigs, you are not going to make a fortune doing this. However, you will be able to make a fair amount of extra money or get gift cards, if you keep at it. You are not going to always going to be successfully completing surveys left and right, so don't give up. I personally have been taking surveys on their website for around 7 years now, so I can safely say that they are legit. Don't recall ever having any bad experiences with them over that time span. Worth giving them a shot, if you want to express your opinions and be rewarded for it, when you have some time to burn.

I had almost earned 300swagbucks. They are fraud. They deactivated my account and didn't pay anything when I tried to contact them 3-4 times they're not responding. They're just Fake business. They don't pay you anything guys. Don't fall in such activities it's useless.

As many others on here have already found out, Swagbucks, and a couple more sites just the same, try to pull you in by giving you money for taking surveys. While the first few go through without a hitch, Swagbucks starts to block you from taking surveys for money/points. I sent an email and they removed the block. The very next survey, Swagbucks blocked me again after only three questions (my age, DOB, and where I live). Those three questions never have changed. I sent another reply to Swagbucks, and they have never responded to my complaint.

I've earned some decent money (via Swagbucks points) but there have been some issues.
A few times I've had to contact them regarding my points and I've been required to provide proof of completion of an offer which can be inconvenient, but I've always received my points in the end.
Also, you can only redeem two gift cards per day which can be an issue depending on how many points you are trying to redeem.
The only time I haven't was when I completed an offer through a third party called REVU (Revenue Universe) which is only available through the Swagbucks site.
After I completed the offer (open an account with a bank called CIT Bank and deposit $100.00 which I did the same day that I signed up for the offer), I did not receive my points so I submitted documentation demonstrating that I completed the requirements but I was still denied. And there is no way to contact RevU directly via email, chat or phone, so I was unable to follow up with the denial and attempt to clarify or provide more proof of completion.
I would recommend that any users be careful when completing offers by RevU.

They should be called ScamBucks instead of Swagbucks, because
They do not pay the rewards that they owe you, and then they will lock
Your account, so that you cannot even contact them!

I spent over 70 hours doing surveys.
Now when it's time for them to pay me, they locked my account & won't answer my emails. Bunch of crooks is what they are!
