I'm overjoyed with the documentation and the red vest for my Charlie. After returning from Iraq my PTSD has gotten so server. My Charlie helps me feel calm. The process was easier than PatriotPaw and I have the dog I chose from his birth. I'm letting all my ex-servicemen and women know about this. I heard too many complaints about PatriotPaws to steer clear of them.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I have 2 dogs I needed certified. I got my older dog certified and then sent an email as instructed to add my younger dog. They responded in a very timely manner AND added my younger dog at no cost! I was so super happy and very pleased.

I had a great experience. But when you're signed up, yeah, and your dog is in the system, it should be an easier way. Somewhere that all I have to do is pay a fee and everything it's good to go whether it's a new number or whatnot. I get that things changed with health. But I found it a little bit more cumbersome to renew this time.Than before. Although I also found that your website is very difficult to navigate. If you're trying to get things like your dog's, I d card or other items, it's very difficult to navigate that website. Overall, though your service is very professional, it is excellent.And I will always use it, and I highly recommend it.
