The doctor from the previous years has changed and I've emailed requesting a reasonable accommodations form from the new doctor that was provided before. I attached a copy of said form and It's been 48hrs and have heard nothing back apart from an auto response. Otherwise the service is good
Just renewed my pups ESA for another year. It was either $97 for ESA or pay $35 monthly pet rent. It was a no brainer and I get to take my pup almost everywhere now.
I don't know how to get my paperwork…I don't have a copier to print them out…better yet I don't know where they are…I'm not sure if this is right for me and my fur baby

Support Pers have been phenomenal to my husband a d me. My husband passed in March and Dolly was his ESA. We love her so much. She gives us so much joy. It was devastating when he passed and she felt it. It's been very hard and stressful for me to lose my husband and watch Dolly grieve as well. I recently had her be one my ESA.
