So far it's been very confusing for me. I had this service from you guys a couple years ago. After I was approved within a week or two I got all my approval documents as well as the approval card I carried in my wallet. This time I haven't received any of these things. I just ordered the tag for id my dog gets lost, but I'm still confused on when everything will be mailed to me Ex: approval ID card for my wallet and the documents. I renewed these things on July 9th, 2025, it's now July 17th 2025 and I have received anything. Hoping to hear back from you soon.

My papers were poorly written and signed by a " D. O." whatever that is. I looked up the D. O online and found no references. I assume that is a robot. It's ok, if it works. I honestly though that psychiatric professionals, MD's or someone would sign the letter.
