I'm so happy that I applied for the ESA with my pup, Joey. I have received the approved documents from the doctor. However, I haven't received the tag and card, and Joey's vest yet. A little more organization from the company would definitely give it 5 stars. So far, their emails with the same questions are really confusing me.
The process is quick and easy, for the price I think the letter should last at least 3 years. Overall I'm satisfied.
