I am very new to this, but am so glad I learned about this! I have a five year old Pomchi that we got at 10 weeks. She is my life! She has only been left alone for one hour the entire time we've had her, because I had an appt and my son had to work O/T. Any other time if she's not with me, my husband or son have her. I suffer from extreme depression and anxiety and there have been times when I would freeze out at a store, etc because of fear.
