When I received my documents which was quickly, it read "their" where is should have read "he/she" which gave the document an unauthentic interpretation. During the process I had to indicated male or female so the documents should have indicated as such. It took me MULTIPLE times to get the documents updated. I would receive a response that my updated documents ready however they still read "their". I was in a time crunch because I was relocating and needed the ESA for an apartment complex's "restricted breed" policy exemption. It was stressful.

Great, they initially put them in my name instead of my wife's, but they quickly corrected that. They were supposed to send an email so we could exchange the vest for a larger size, that was 2 weeks ago.
