Have emailed them 11 times asking for refund or ESA documents and have received absolutely 0 response. Seems like a scam to me.
I took my dog to Pet Smart Doggy Hotel in Southfield, because I was going on vacation and it was the worse experience ever for my poor dog. When I returned to pick him up he was very dirty like he had been living in mud. He did not look well and he looked sad. When I tried to put him in his car seat he did would not allow me, so i sat him on my lap. When we arrived home he jooked sick and about an 1/2 hour later he had the runs and it was horrible.He could not hold it. And it lasted about an hour and it was all over him and he needed a bath.immediately. Once I gave him a bath and some motherly love and feed him he was alright thank God!
They did not feed my dog properly. Pet Smart mistreated my dog and I will never ever recommend anyone to take any pet there ever.

I have just found out that mo hotel will except my ESA letter for my dog. I have been told over and over I will be charged for him to stay with me. This has caused me more stress because he can got good with me. This is a waste of money. Nobody excepts a Esa pet as a service dog. They would rather you have a break down in there hotel then have your pet that has been threw so much with you. Just save your money. Because unless they are a service dog this paperwork does not help you. Must people can't afford to have there dog trained as a service dog.

I did everything I was supposed to online. It was very easy to navigate self-explanatory. I provided all the necessary documents then I paid my fees. It did take a while to get my items, but they finally did come and I was very impressed with all of the information that I received, I am allowed to take my dog on the plane with me. He does not have to be in a crate. He is allowed to be on the plane in the cabin and lay on the floor or sit on a seat. He is a Medical Service Dog. He now has all the necessary paperwork. He is even allowed to go on a cruise with me, no one is allowed to take him away from me due to my medical disability, which I am extremely grateful that no one can take him away from me because it would put me in a dangerous situation.
