I didn't get her vest or leash and I paid for whole package
I had trouble getting the right size harness. After paying for postage to send back 3 harnesses I finally got the right size. Within a few day I receive 2 more XS the wrong size. I still have them and will not be using because the wrong size and will not be paying for postage on the return postage. If you send me a return label with the postage paid I will be glad to send them back in the original package

From start to finish the process of receiving my paperwork was pretty easy, although there were some things that made me question whether or not, this was legit. After doing the evaluation, I was supposed to speak with a licensed therapist, and I never got a chance to speak with a therapist because they did not call me. I received my paperwork within 3 to 4 days and I read through it and it sounded legit, however, my housing letter was not excepted due to the fact that the therapist who wrote the letter was not a licensed therapist within my state, so they dismissed the letter. I did talk with customer service, and they were very apologetic. I don't think I'll be using support pets next year.
