I received the documents quickly but the package I got was supposed to come with a vest and a leash and I only received the vest not the leash I was missing parts of the package I received and was slightly disappointed with that aspect. Other than that document wise I was beyond happy to finally be able to make my ESA legit and registered.
My experience was good, at first I didnt get any news for the weeks following my request but then I mailed the customer service and they were really quick to resolve my case, only 2-3 days.
