Getting support was very difficult. The website was glitchy and unresponsive. Mt new landllord submitted several requests for verification. It was finally provided, but only after repeated attempts by the landlord. (according to them) And finally, despite my telling you that I have already purchased, I keep getting e-mails advertising the service I already bought. Stop Spamming me!

I'm trying to get a refund on a vest that doesn't fit. I have contacted them several times. I've been told each time that they would respond in 24-48 hours each time. I have not heard back from them and it's been well over a week.
This is a $40 vest that I can't use.
Also, it doesn't make sense that an ID card would cost $40. I thought it would have been included in the original package. Really, who would carry around an 8x10 gold-trimmed certificate?
