If I could give this company zero stars I would. I paid $107.99 almost a month ago and have not received any documentation. I received confirmation of my order but with no order number or ID. I have sent several emails and still do not have any documentation. I will be handing this to my brother who is an attorney and will be taking legal action.
I'm extremely happy that I was able to register my pet through this platform. Though, I will say the way upsaleing went about was off putting. Creating notes saying im must not love my pet enough if I don't buy all of the packages. Some people can only afford so much at a time.

It was fairly easy to apply, but there should be a way to indicate puppy weight and adult weight. My girl will be about 60lbs at her adult weight. I didn't realize this at first and even after several emails, I still couldn't get that fixed. She's grown and gained weight since I applied! And I've gotten conflicting emails about the gear I ordered, which still hasn't arrived.
