So I requested documents about TWO WEEKS ago, on December 14. I paid $96 dollars only to never receive them. I had been emailing back and forth with multiple support pet customer service agents and every time they said the same thing. My order was being reviewed by a doctor and they would get sent to me within 48hrs. Then they needed more information on my I felt I needed an ESA. So I provided them an extensive overview of why I thought I needed one. I also retook my initial "questionare" multiple times for them. In the end, no documents and I requested a refund. Waiting for the refund to be processed and if it does not come through in the next week I will ask my bank to get involved. Overall, extremely dissatisfied with the back and forth from their team and I am quite sure it's a scam. I am better off finding my own therapist to work with, I just thought this would be faster. Also, they did not provide me with an order number when I initially placed the order, that should've been my first red flag.

Ok so this is gonna be long I've dealt with 3 glitches in their sites
Glitch 1
I filled the quiz and waited a week to get paid before placing an order.
I get stuck on a loading screen for some pet harness for my cat?
I go through fb page they help me but act rude they say in 48 hours I'll hear my result.
Almost 4 days later because I know what business days are still nothing so I call support this time.
The lady was more friendly and professional but said it had been a very long time since I filled out the quiz so they have to find it I'll find out in 48 hours. A week isn't a very long time to me and most people live paycheck to paycheck that are doing this.
Glitch 2 48 hours later I'm told I need to refill the quiz and later in a separate email I'm told there was a glitch in their system. They had lost my original quiz that they kept my email from and had sent many email offers from before I paid.
Glitch 3
So I wait for my letter at this point I'm very frustrated and at this point I'm on a count down between when I get this letter and when I can have the bank get my money back.
I check my email Xmas and see I was approved yay right no
They give you instructions to say you forgot a password to a site that you've never been to and reset a password for an account that never existed. And let me tell you that site knows you don't have an account. So I message again another glitch are you kidding me because at this point I'm livid.
I received an email within minutes with a file to download and the same instructions as before.
My experience and opinions
They do not give you these papers easily and I'm pretty sure it's a half scam where if you don't keep fighting with them about the horrible business practice you won't get your papers I'm not sure if they will hold up but I'm so done with this company that if it doesn't work I'll just go through the place my br went through. I just wanted to not get all the bells and whistles for my cat I just want to not pay a deposit and if these papers cost me more than the deposit what's the point.
Tldr you have to be on them at every curve to get what you paid for not worth the money. If they fix their website I would honestly go through them again because the customer service was ok but yeah my blood pressure went up when I could've spent the same on a pet deposit,
I received my documents really fast and we are happy with the results.
