I emailed 20 times in regards to when my ESA animal's support vest would be shipped. It took 3 weeks to get the confirmation email that it would be shipped. Support was informed that I would be moving and the address needed to be changed, but it was still shipped to my previous address. I asked for a refund instead of sending the vest but was told they would ship it to the new address and give a a free ID card. Needless to say, I have not gotten the shipping confirmation for my new address or a refund.
I'm extremely pleased with the speed at which my dog got approved as a support animal, but do not order anything extra!
I was a little upset that it took me about a week to get my documents. With no email letting me know it was going to take a little longer
