I had a bad experience. I still haven't got the tag and other stuff I ordered. And took to long get pages. This emailing for the birds. Need to talk to human and y'all also keep charging my card. That was unexpected to.
Overall it was a great experience. The one thing I would change is my name was put on the paperwork and it should have been my son's. Not too big of deal cause he's 11, but would have liked to put his name on paperwork

Overall, I am very pleased with the service and products provided. Felt like there were some surprise upcharge options at the end, including the option to pay to register the code on the collar tag for tracking/reporting services. For as much as the base charges are, the tag/code should probably be included rather than a surprise expense. The annual renewal seems a little greedy... I recognize you have a business to support, but there's really no perceivable added value after getting the initial license, which should cover the life of my dog.
