I placed the order on February 7th. I followed up after 3 days of nothing about order. I sent numerous emails. Would receive response that it was a pleasure to assist me. No answer, no answer, no Answer. A week goes by. Finally I get an answer over a week later. Explaining that my order some how became stuck in the system. Was never forwarded to the Doctor. It was about 3 more days I received order via email. The vest was supposed to be some time before receiving. Received February 26th. Now that order is received, very happy with the service. But the disconnect was unfortunate. Thank you!
