Had problems with esa documentation and got things resolved
I paid for the service, received my documents and provided them to my apartment complex. My complex just needs to verify the letter with a phone call or email and it has been over 2 weeks of emails and phone calls that have gone unanswered and unreturned and Support Pets has yet to finish the job. I emailed support and their reply to me was 'it is against their code of ethics to release doctor contact information'. What!?!? Then what did I pay for? I'm seriously disappointed at this point and have thrown away $200.
