The first time I ordered my esa it was very fast and smooth. However my renewal took about two weeks! I had to follow up on why I hadn't received it. I was told to retake the questionnaire. Nobody reached out to me to tell me there was an error in their system. Then I had to follow up a second time for them to tell me they're still waiting for a response from the Dr.
The product once it arrived was in order and as expected. Each person I spoke to was very nice and worked to get a solution. I just wish someone had reached out to me first. Rather than days going by and nobody tells you anything.

I wish I could say my experience was smooth sailing but it took several weeks and a few emails to get them. However, that being Saud I did receive them and am please with everything I've gotten so far and while my puppy and I are still in support animal training I look forward to having him with me wherever I go and legally. I'm finding out that support animals don't have the same liberties as service animals but the benefits do outweigh not getting the certification. I wasn't pleased with the way the site sets u up by getting ur credit card info then charging u without confirming u actually want the extras!
