They determined there was an error in sending me the ESA survey needed to complete the documents. This is the 2nd time this error has occurred in getting my order to me in a timely manner.

It was quick to receive the online information. However, I did not feel informed that the ESA Pet Genius registration was an additional fee. I felt that part of it was deceptive. I have not had a chance to start in the program yet. I plan to this weekend.
