I have had multiple seizures in the past few years. I couldn't fathom not having her everywhere i go.
It was smooth and easy to get the process completed. The age was wrong since she was 3 months not 3 years but that was fine. I have taken her everywhere except my doctor's office. They would not allow her because she was not a "service animal". Ironically she is for my anxiety and I was there for an appointment for my anxiety.

Would have loved to have received a letter from the Doctor/provider that addressed and approved the ESA certification, when I received it in the mail. It's not acceptable for certain managements if no certificate letter is not issued and signed by a Medical Examiner/Physician.

It seems like each renewal is becoming more difficult. Delays with the doctors office. Alot of back and forth with customer service. Multiple times they told me I should have it the next day and I didn't receive it the next day.
