We signed my 6.5lb Yorkie up as a support pet for my recently disabled boyfriend who was crushed by a forklift and left him physically and mentally broken. I ordered by the dogs size and unfortunately, it was to tight around the neck. As soon as I got it, I reached out to customer service and informed them of the issue and told them I needed the next size up. They had one sent out within the next couple of days and I received it within a week or so.

My experience with support pets was not a bad experience at all. This is my second year using support pets for my emotional support animal. The only issue i had this time was I kept receiving emails in reference to my documents expiring when they had already been renewed. I receive multiple emails encouraging me to renew my documents when i already have. However, I would rather have many reminders than no reminder at all.
I mistakenly ordered two packages. They fixed my mistake promptly. Great customer service.

N/A I cant leave a review when I hadn't had enough time with the documents that certify my companion Cody to be my ESA. I know the places that are for rent and accept pets, are waiving pet deposits and pet rent because the law says a certified ESA for someone's mental health they do not have to pay rent and deposits for their pets.
