This is my third time renewing and this time the experience just wasn't as smooth. I had to follow up multiple times. The vest doesn't fit and I followed up letting them know. They told me I would get a follow up letting me know when it has shipped in 24-48 hours and that was over 5 days ago and I still haven't gotten anything. Just disappointed with the experience this time.
