I first had to remove my second dogs name. They got the date wrong on my paperwork and it took a month to correct after messaging several times and redoing the quote twice.

It took me over a month and many emails to obtain my letters and when they arrived they were dates as been issued in 2025. This was a terribly experience over the prior year when my order was attended to in the promised 48 hours. Not sure what was going on this year but was not a pleasant experience at all.

I received my approval within the 48 hour window as advertised, however they listed both of my dogs with the same name. It took a month to get the name changed and the ESA letter with both names listed corrected and signed. I escalated the request being that I was in the process of moving and the landlord required the corrected document before taking my application and therefore missed out on several properties because the ESA was incorrect and escalation was a joke. Nobody could help and you cannot speak or contact the escalation team. It felt like they got my money up front and then though it was not my mistake but theirs, I was still placed at the bottom with zero urgency. The stress this process caused me was intense and the whole point is to have my pets with me to decrease the stress levels and this service is supposed to assist with that, instead, I wish I had gone with another company. Everyone was nice that I spoke with, but it didn't help get the ball moving. A month for them to correct their own mistake is beyond unacceptable.
