According to your information it was leading me to believe that I would be able to take my pet with me on my travels on flights and such. However when I went to enter her ID # the Airline indicated to me that the ID # was incorrect. After talking to your representative on 7/29/2024, she did offer a solution but I am still waiting to hear back from the support group if they are going to honor the solution.
So currently I am not happy with what I was lead to believe.

Step by step, it was guided very well. You checked with the customer for fulfilment/care/need help at
each step of the process guided how to accomplish the goal and offered help and support. I used to show dogs in obedience, Wyatt is our first boxer and is soooooooooo different in training than shelties. Thank you, it works.

I renew the documents and they sent me the same certificate on the old one 1-1-24. It's July and I need a new certificate with the accurate date

Getting certified was efficient, although it took longer to receive the documents than the site said it would and I did not get updates which was unfortunate. Fortunately, customer service was very helpful and I got the documents soon after.

Mostly easy to fill out the forms. Not sure if my order went through for the vest, I did receive the doctors approval for the ESA certification.
I'm very happy with my experience, but I'm not happy with the vest as it was to large for my cat. I believe you base these on dogs, as it might of fit for a dog, but never for a cat.

This place is great! I got to register both my cats and my housing office accepted the documents. Only took a few days to receive my documents.

I think the animal needs to be trained as a support animal or service animal. I think this labeling on a pet needs to be taken seriously for people or pets that really need it. I am glad there is a company that can help those in need. I recently lost a child and found getting a support pet really helped with my anxiety and I can take her with me almost anywhere. For this I am thankful to your company.
