They didn't send my documents until I asked about them over a month later. Once I got them, they were correct though.
So I I registered for the emotional support animal and it let me do my 12 yr. Old chaw/jack russle and my 8 moth old chaw/wennie. I am so glad it let me do them both cause I can take them everywhere and they like that their with me all the time.
