The support was very kind and efficient when solving my issue

I don't know everything yet but so far Charley and I are enjoying this to the max. I am happy when he with me.

There should be additional information collected regarding the individual circumstances for requesting an ESA Approval Letter to better tailor the wording to specifically address the declared/diagnosed disability. The link to submit a request for additional forms to be filled out did not redirect to allow for them to be uploaded. I had requested letters for two pets and assumed a letter would be provided for each animal, not lumped together.

Got our approval almost immediately, received our papers within a week, our babies traveled with us 2 days later!
Only 1 place tried to deny us, but quickly changed their mind.

Excellent response time. I received my documentation more quickly than expected.

So glad I found this site. I recently found out about ESA and realized my dog has been my support and protector since day one. She is my first dog and I'm at the age of 55, Ziva (my Goldendoodle) has helped tremendously with my anxiety and panic attacks. We travel often usually long road trips because I take her everywhere. I'm hoping with this and continuing training as a service dog my life will get much easier.

The certificates were affordable and tech support was super helpful. It took longer than I thought it would to receive my original document, but they filled out the secondary apartment form very quickly

Quick and cost effective. I have peace of mind knowing I have legal documentation to keep my pets with me wherever I rent out my home. Regardless of breed (I have two pitty mixes who are well trained and don't deserve the discrimination). Society and this economy have made it impossible to even dream of owning my own home but Support Pets have taken a huge load off my shoulders when it comes to renting. Bonus points that I now won't have to pay pet rent to scummy, discriminatory landlords and corporate rental companies. Through Support Pets, I am able to keep my favorite coping mechanism when it comes to managing l my anxiety and depression- my beloved pets.

I am hoping this all works when I get my place. Pleased with how fast it came.
