I ordered my ESA documents and the gear bundle on 7-13-2024. I was emailed account details on how to get my ESA documents online and have done that. However, I still haven't even received a shipping email for the gear bundle. I was told it would take 1-3 weeks. It has been over a month. Customer support has already been contacted less than a week ago and the last thing I was told is that I'd get it within 1-3weeks...I'm still waiting.

My 2 cats are my babies. Why do I have to pay $50.00 a month to have them. By joining support pets I was able to cut my rent by $50. Totally worth every penny! And I can travel with them without any problems.
