Overall, great experience. The only things that take the last star away is the ESA Harness is smaller than my dog (which I will try to reach out to swap for next size up) and two, the amount of emails after the sale it too much.

Getting documents was an easy process, however, awaiting the gear has been and still is a challenge. Even after documents approved another 1-3 weeks has been added to the order time. Just really looking forward to receiving the gear I purchased.
