Easy to sign up and pay for. Received the medical professional's documents within a week or so. Didn't receive the certificate or collar tags I paid for until after contacting customer service but I registered 2 x animals (clearly acknowledged on the documents and certificate) and only received 1 collar tag. One for each animal makes sense and I'm sure they don't cost much.
