Does not seem super credible. When looking up the name on the ESA papers, what came up was "America's Doctor". Doesn't seem too credible.

Customer service email doesn't work but my issue was resolved on its own and I got the documents. Super helpful to have! Just be sure to be on top of the follow-up emails after your request your documents. There is more to do on your end than you think, to receive them!

I knew that my dog needed to be registered as an ESA but just dragged my feet doing it. I have a really stressful job and having my pup has helped so much with regulation and just making sure I take a breath during my work day. Sometimes the stress builds up and really de-rails my day before having my pups. Now I'm doing much better focusing not panicking and knocking things off my to-do list. They make me take necessary breaks to just breath and realize I don't save lives at work! Yes my job is important but it shouldn't cost me my health. Thank you for helping me take the necessary step of registering my ESA pups. My landlord was very understanding of this. WFH with my pups is my favorite place to be.
