I recently completed the annual renewal for my Pet dog. I was very disappointed to see that he no longer qualified to be a support pet. I disagree with this outcome and was told that there was nothing more that could be done. I think you should have an appeal process. I answered the questions as they were presented.

Getting certified was quick. Support Pets did as promised. However, I was disappointed that
Certification must be renewed yearly, and I'm sure be charged again.
