I called multiple times for my ESA letter and I kept getting a prompt telling me to do the questionnaire. Over and over. The customer service representative was rude and no helpful. The second rep I spoke with was helpful somewhat. It was your system that glitches and no one fixed it for a full week. Just horrible.
