I had a good experience signing my dog, Information was cleared, and I was able to read a lot of important information. Only Issue I had was could not print and or open my documents I had to contact Customer service for Help which they helped me ASAP and I was able to print my documents. Great Customer Service

I paid the extra $35 hoping I would receive the documents. While I didn't get it in thetimeframe I wanted, it was still easy to use the service and ultimately get them. I DO like Support Pet's. I unfortunately did not receive a response and got a bounceback from the email they provided. At the end of the day I am happy with the product.
