I was in a tough situation where my apartment complex was not going to allow my baby Nova to live with me due to her breed being a restricted breed and gave me 48 hours to remove her from the property. When I learned this I was completely devastated as my dog gives me the support I need emotionally and mentally to go through daily life. I was so frantic and had no idea what to do to fight this. When I called my therapist she explained that Nova is my emotional support animal and that is why I felt the way I did, and informed me of support pets.com to get an ESA letter to maintain my living situation with my baby Nova by my side. I went to supportpets.com and was able to learn more on what an ESA pet and make more sense of my reliance on Nova in my life and the support she provides me. All I had to do was answer a few questions, made the payment and submitted my app this was done by 5pm. Then early in the morning next day around 4:45am I got my approval letter! I reapplied to my apartment complex's website for my dog Novas pet profile and later that same day got the approval email from my landlord. I can't stress how thankful I am to supportpets.com for helping me in such a scary situation being imposed by my apartment complex. Without them I wouldn't have been able to sustain what works for me and my well being of having my fur baby with me. I can't even fathom the thought of her not being here with me. Support Pets thank you so so very much for your efficient process! From it being so quick, easy and painless! I have had no issues whatsoever and can't wait to continue renewing my ESA letter through them :)

The process was simple, well explained and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I received the ESA letters. I also appreciated the other items offered, like the ESA vest and leash and button.
