Everything was fine it was easy to go through but was very important as where we live does not allow dogs and my fur baby is the world to me she calms me without your support I might of had to get rid of her and she is my world I'm hers she is old and she might not be with me much longer nobody knows

This time I was charged 2 times once for $85 and $93.10. I want to be refunded for one of the charges. I turned in a form to customer service about this matter and I haven't gotten a response! I love this website and have used this esa site for past 4 years and now this is ridiculous. I thought I would get a refund or/ and an answer by now.

It's difficult to communicate, you don't have phone number to call just by email, they do the same, made tickets and leave them in the air no one solve the situation even thoug I explain and the need I hat at the moment.
