Service & products are perfect and my pup is always protected and able to be with me. She was a stray early on & gets bad separation anxiety. And after my divorce and losing my father I get severe depression. We are able to do most everything together and help each other by having her ESA status & vest. I was told one price, charged more than I expected. Asked for an adjustment and received it. Gotten an email indicating that I would receive an ESA Vest and Leash but then was told it wasn't included in the package I signed up for. Very confusing
