It is nice to be able to get an ESA when you aren't able to get a letter from your doctor right away. I don't like that you have to renew every year. I will probably get my letter from my doctor after this initial letter.

I'm pleased with the way Support Pets handled my request to certify my two dogs as emotional support animals. The process was quick and easy. The money I will save on apartment pet fees and pet rent is much more than the cost of certifying my fur babies.

Ask questions on what I purchased they answered all my questions I am very satisfied but it will be nice if the had the option to put a picture of my dog in the ID card for verification to see if that dog matches the info that will be nice it's a good suggestion

I was happy that applying to have my dog registered as an emotional support animal was relatively fast and easy. It was a little annoying to get a bill for the Deluxe Package I paid for not in fact list the leash, not just the ESP VEST as part of the package. I was at first told via chat that the leash was a separate purchase when in fact, it was not. I then contacted Support Pets Customer Service to complain, and was able to submit proof that both were being offered at the $87.00 at the time of signing up and purchase. The issue was resolved through Customer Service chat and I will be getting both at no additional cost.
I think too many emails are sent urging new customers to upgrade your pets' status to a Service Animal. I just signed up for ESP Status and want to see how it goes without the additional sales pressure. Time will tell how good ESP status for my little dog and me really is. If I feel I need to upgrade, I already am aware that the option is available to me, thank you Support Pets.
