To get a total amount prior to entering credit card info. I would have ordered the Service Dog plan, but I couldn't afford in a 1 lump payment. If I could have made them in 2 payments divided. As couldn't afford the Service Dog pack plus the service dog pack.

Quick and easy. Could do better when it comes to requesting landlord form. I'm not able to send the landlord form myself so it would be easier if my landlord had a way of contact to get it signed.

I filled the questionnaire out multiple times and it wouldn't direct me to make my purchase along with it. Although I had some back and forth until we could figure that out and get a payment link that worked, they gave me a discount for my trouble and once I did submit payment I had my forms the next day!
