I was approved and received my documents within a few hours, which is very convenient and awesome! I did not care for how general the documents were. To me, they sound impersonal and generalized. If I was a landlord, I would be suspicious and question the authenticity of the letter for sure.
I contacted support to see about having my housing letter reworded or maybe have it be more personalized to my specific case and did not get very far. All I got in response was that their resources were limited and could not answer my question. My questions were forwarded to a specialist who would have more info about it. (Still no response)...

I am very pleased with this service and the housing document is exactly what I need for my landlord. The process is fast, professional, and customer service support exceptional. All communications are handled online but most of everything is these days. My only concern is that the price for the basic service is not clearly stated prior to entering your credit card information and being charged. However, I am happy with the price, service, support and speed.
