This is my second year z actually a renewal. Was a tad confused as it felt like I was a new customer during the process. I get it, but the business model appears to be to get the customer to add on as many items as possible... We will see how the service will continue to benefit in the real world. Sadly an abuse of ESA has resulted in more than less these days pushing back on ESA.
