I am grateful for the paper work received and the attention to the matter of getting a ESA however, it is extremely frustrating on how much spam I have gotten. Renewing was very easy, and when I did not find the questionnaire to update my pets, I reached out via email to customer service and Cherry not only sent me the link to the questionnaire but emailed me my completed documents as well. That is going above and beyond. Thank you!

I've been using support pets to keep my loved ones registered as emotional support animals all the way since Covid and they just make it super easy to get the care I need for my pets. And not a bad price at all for what you're getting. I bought the ESA vest all the way back in 2022 and it still fits my pup today in 2026.

I can't seem to get into the portal. I never signed up or there's no option to create. It says my password isn't set when I do forgot my password. Another issue is it was supposed to be for my dog Legend and my cat Kali but it says Kali & Sophia. We don't have Sophia.
