The website was deceiving. It made it sound like it was only $99, but I was also charged $299 on top of that. Never saw that anywhere on the site. That's more than what my pet fee was going to be when I move, so I might as well have just paid the fee.

I renewed my ESA, but this was by far a better experience than the first go around. I received my documents as expected. I was even provided more information then I knew was expected.
