I tried multiple times to have my ESA documents renewed at the $99 cost but no matter what card I chose it never actually even tried to bill my cards. Only once it expired and charged me 142.99 ( or something like that) did it even attempt to charge my card. Just glad I finally have my babies documents.

I got my documents within a day. Unfortunately, the dog I registered turned out to be uncontrollable and had to be returned to the agency and I got another dog who is a dream. Stays close to me. I contacted support about having the name changed on my documents. They replied quickly and are working on getting everything changed. So far the experience has been great.

This service is worth it! I was a little skeptical about how an ESA letter would nullify my pet deposit and fees in my new apartment, but it did! No monthly fees and no deposits, which saved me hundreds! Experience is fast and it highly recommend if youre considering an ESA for travel and housing.

I have been using Support Pets for years. I had a technical difficulty where my ESA documents hadn't uploaded to my account. The Support Pets customer service team was very attentive and fixed it within 24 hours and even reached out to me, to let me know they fixed it.

I really appreciated how it seemed like the doctor reviewed everything. Described in detail why I need my ESA.
I had some issues last year just because my doctor was very short and vague. Basically just typed a sentence or two out to get the job done. And I had to ask more than once to get another letter.
This one was very well laid out, and granted I did have some hard life issues this year compared to just renewing it last year. It means a lot when someone takes the time to actually listen. I've recommended this ESA company to a friend before and will continue to do so if someone ever needs an emotional support animal.

No vests

I've contacted twice and still haven't received anything but an email to print out papers. No vests, certificates, ID, nothing else has come. Beginning to think this is not real.

I got my documents within the first 48 hours of my request and I appreciate the timely manner but there is a LOT of messages from multiple numbers AND emails on top of that, personally thats overwhelming but I appreciate the care they're showing me.

After receiving the email that my ESA documents were approved and sent, the link sent me to the website saying that my documents were expired and needed to be renewed. I emailed customer service with my issue and they were able to directly send my documents via email within 24 hours.

I was under the impression when I ordered the ESA for Hopper that for the money I sent (over $100), that everything, his vest, leash, and tag were included, but I have yet to receive them. When I got, my documents, there were links to get them, but they wanted even more money. What gives?

Paid for everything and I will be honest I did recive the documents paid like 135 up front then a few days later paid 93 dollars or so for the documents now less the a week after receiving the documents they are wanting me to pay 135 to renew my documents that by my understanding are "valid" for a year

My experience with Support Pets was good. I went through filling out the forms, watching the video then getting my docs. It was a little confusing because I already had my docs and got emails saying my request was on hold. I think it's finally worked out but the process to get my dog his ESA status was painless. I just got the mixed message there at first but everything worked out. I totally recommend Support Pets.
