I can write that SuperJeweler is really a great place. When I have to make a present for my girlfriend I always go here and every time find what she will like. And It's very important because if she is happy I'm happy too.

Holding back 1 star to see if shipping is faster this time. My last order took an unnecessarily long time. Update: shipping was on point, product is stunning! Thanks SJ for helping make my 5th wedding anniversary one to remember for my wife!

Purchase engagement ring excited to surprise my girlfriend and propose after 5yrs. Asked for delivery to work address and complied with all proof of address and ID. Got resistance but explained I am not home during business hours. They finally agreed and guess where they shipped? To home address received by girlfriend. How can I propose and surprise her know? She likes the ring…. How can I surprise her now?

I loved the style but it didn't work for me. I have returned it and get my refund. They honored their return policy. A great online shop!

My husband ordered a surprise gift for me, which wasn't to my liking. I sent it back ONE DAY after the item was delivered via FedEx. I followed the directions on the SuperJeweler website to a T. Nevertheless, it took numerous phone calls and emails with different employees to track down my refund. The item was returned unworn, in the original packaging and in the exact same condition I received it within one day. They eventually issued a refund because I had the tracking information and one of their employees signed for it, but it took nearly 3 months!

Extremely disappointed with every aspect of this business. Untruthful about shipping dates, strung me along for two weeks promising "ASAP" shipping, took off from work to drive in to pick up my jewelry when it wasn't even created yet and ultimately they did a bait and switch and never even had it. Was left without a gift despite being guaranteed several times I would have it in time. Not trustworthy at all. Final resolution was a canceled ordered.

Where to start... so I placed my order which gave an estimated shipment date. I'm fully aware that the gemstones have to be sourced etc. And that is why it is only estimated. However, over 4 weeks later and I still haven't recieved my ring... I don't even know where it is?! My super jeweler account lacks any form of information as does the shipment tracker. The employees are limited to the same information it would seem and no one can tell me when I will receive my purchase which at this moment in time could be anywhere. I'm very sad to say I has been an awful experience and it's unfortunately still on going! I've reached out many times to be told "it will ship today" and now that it has finally shipped I'm told the tracker isn't working or it should arrive soon! This just isn't good enough!

I ordered a chain which has small diamonds in it. After receiving it, I was shocked to see those are not at all diamonds, forget about diamonds, they are not even normal stones. What in a world they call them as diamonds. I should have read the reviews before placing the order. Stupid jewelers to cheat people like this. Big scam. Don't even think of buying from this trash store.
