I ordered a gift on the 8th, and did 2 day shipping it showed it would be AT LEAST shipped out by the 15th. When the 15th came around not one update with my order still stuck in processing I talked to multiple representatives who apparently dont all work together? Possibly they work from home im not sure but each time they mislead me with what was going on with my order they told me it was being shipped the next day so it would be the 16th and nothing so I talked to somebody else who said the following monday which was the 20th and to wait so I said sure once again it came around and nothing. I talked to another rep who said a whole different story so the 21st I talked to them about 2est saying this was the LATEST you would be shipping it out and he said it will be shipped out today before 5est so okay cool I figured it was finally being resolved. Come to find out 7est I talked to another rep who said its not being shipped until the 23rd? None of the "service" team is on the same page wasted my time and now I have to source a new gift because they couldn't pull it together. Jason I suggest you learn how to properly navigate your service team so they're all on the same page I would be fine if you guys didnt bs me about my order this whole time.

I'm not sure about the quality of these diamonds, they look very cloudy and even CZ's or other cheap stones shine better than them.
