I had to send my wedding ring set back to superjeweler after just two months of being married because a stone came loose in the halo. I sent it back to be repaired and put my new address as the return address on the box. I then got a notification that they were sending the ring back to my old address once it was fixed. I called them immediately to let them know that the ring needed to be sent to my new address which was provided to them. Jason and his customer service team were defensive from the start blaming this error on me. The package was delivered to my old address which is an apartment building. They said that the package was sent with a signature requirement, It clearly did not considering it is now lost and not in my possession. I spoke to Elise before the package was delivered and she assured me that FED EX was going to keep my package and send it back to SuperJeweler so it could make it's way back to me, SHE LIED. My invaluable wedding band set is now lost and they are doing nothing to help but blame the situation on me. Now I am out thousands of dollars and they are doing nothing to make the situation right. I am horrified by this awful customer service, I would not recommend superjeweler to anyone!
