Nice selection of items to shop from. Was looking for something with a nice ruby but didn't find anything that caught my eye. Saw this ring that reminded me of one my dad had so I got it.

So far so good. I paid for overnight picked up 3/ 28. Very disappointed in shank of the ring,very thin.

I was initially tentative about ordering such an important item online, from across the Atlantic, with 3 weeks to go before I was due to get married. But when you are on a pretty tight budget and the only solitaire diamonds you can afford to buy locally are depressingly tiny, the risk / reward assessment definitely changes.

In the end I am glad that I made the decision to go for it.
Customer service is excellent. My early questions about the necklace regarding shipping, quality control, accuracy of description and photos, were all answered quickly and politely via the website chat.
Ordering was quick and easy.

Problems began with the shipping, and 8 days after ordering, it was still marked as in transit on the US side. When I contacted customer support, I spoke with Anna, who responded straight away and got on the case for me.
Another full week passed, during which I was starting to panic that either I had been scammed, or my wedding gift for my fiancee had been lost or stolen. Again, Anna provided updated tracking details and reassurance that it was on its way and would arrive in time.
Coming into this week, the tracking finally updated from "we're expecting it" to "we've got it".
It was in the UK!
Today was the last post day before we travel to Scotland and the tracking still hadn't updated to "out for delivery".
My wedding surprise, ruined.
Then at 2pm,my parcel arrived, containing a gorgeous, sparkling diamond necklace, that I'm pretty sure, is going to have her in tears.

In summary, superjeweler did an awesome job, and I'm already looking at buying a ring from them.
Epost-Hermes-Evri tracking system, not so much.

Very easy and quick checkout with always some kind of coupon or discount. The exact SAME ring setting from a retail store with the moissanite stones and without the center stone was in the $1200 range. Very pleased

I was expecting diamond studs as advertised. If original price was over $1500 they would be very nice; however, they were more like $200 earrings If they are set in real gold.
