The backs won't hold the earrings on my ears. I sent a email to customer service but so far it's been ignored. I think I'll have to take them to a jeweler to have screw on backs installed. This is totally unacceptable and will probably cause me to never shop here again. This was my second purchase from hereā¦never again.
I ordered 3 necklaces from Superjeweler approximately 2 years ago. They were 90 point, almost 1 carat solitaire diamonds on each necklace. I was going to take the diamonds out of the necklaces and make them into a ring with some other stones. I decided to give one of the necklaces to my mother. The chains that the necklaces come with are really thin and break easily so my mother took it to a family member who is a jeweler to get a better chain. I told my mother to ask about the quality of the diamond because I knew from the description that the diamond was not great quality but I didn't care. For the price you can't expect to get a flawless diamond plus they tell you what the color and clarity is in the description. I WAS SHOCKED to find out from our jeweler that the diamond is FAKE. So, I'm going to get the other necklaces appraised along with other jewelry I've bought from them. If I find out that there's more fakes from Superjeweler then I will sue. And I work in media so their l'm going to become a really big problem for their company.
