I ordered a dress and shorts and they were both true to size. Awesome material, it shipped fast, and my clothes are so cute! Really great experience… will definitely be ordering again :).
I ordered a dress a little too late for a weekend wedding but, to my surprise, it came in 3 days even though i'm in california and it was an absolute perfect fit. Will definitely be getting more clothes from here!

I do not like or agree with your no refund policy. I would not shop with Sunday muse again because of this nor would I refer you. To many other stores give you a refund option. When you are an online store, you need to have more flexibility with your return options.

This is now my favorite shop! Sizes aren't all correct. I ordered two dresses in same size. Other one was perfect and other one was too big and I had to order it in a smaller size.

I ordered two dresses from Italy, and the customer service was absolutely great, the package arrived before the scheduled time. About the items, one of the dresses ( labelled sundae muse) is better then expected, absolutely love it. The second dress is labelled Ruby Sees and the quality is visibly lower. Overall a good shopping experience, will buy again soon.

Sad that the shipping was so expensive because the clothes are really amazing but not worth that much money
I have order multiple Things from sundae muse not what they appear the same size can either be too big or way too small the material is a cheaper material and I order a few things from here and it was meant to be express posted I am still waiting nearly 2 weeks later for it to be shipped I contacted them after a week to only be told 2/3 three things I ordered are no longer in stock and they are unable to refund due to their lack of supply

I originally ordered the dress to the incorrect address and the team were so helpful in helping me rectify the issue, they went above and beyond to help me, the dress is also stunning such good quality and very good with sizing

Quality wasn't as good as I'd thought it would be and the way the dresses fell looked much better on the models. Paid for delivery to the UK so it wasn't cheap so sadly I won't be doing it again.
I had to pay double the amount of taxes unfortunately but the items were nice

Quality of the dresses and the top were very poor. The zippers stuck, the material felt cheap. Not what I expected at all, especially for the price. I won't be purchasing from this company again.
This is my first time purchasing from Sundae Muse and I am beyond pleased with the customer service. I had a few troubles with sizings and changes; regardless, I was fully assisted and extremely happy with the quick responses via email that I received from the customer service staff. Definitely one of my favourite places to shop at based on the customer service and staff attitude. Will definitely shop from Sundae Muse again!
